Russell Pearson

Founder & CEO

Russell Pearson is the founder of Metrospire, where he leads outbound deal origination for clients.

​

He focuses on identifying and initiating direct conversations with business owners through highly targeted outreach, enabling clients to access proprietary, off-market opportunities.

​

Russell has over three years of experience building and executing LinkedIn-based origination systems, with an emphasis on precision targeting, concise messaging, and consistent top-of-funnel deal flow. His work is centered on reaching business owners at the earliest stages of intent, before processes become competitive.

​

Prior to founding Metrospire, Russell attended the University of British Columbia before leaving to build the firm full-time.

Mark Young

Senior Strategic Advisor

Mark Young brings more than 35 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, and corporate finance. Over the course of his career, he has structured and executed transactions totaling more than $2 billion in aggregate value, including company sales, capital raises, senior and mezzanine debt placements, leveraged buyouts, ESOP financings, and complex corporate restructurings.

Prior to CKS Advisors, Mark held executive roles with major financial institutions including Merrill Lynch and U.S. Bank, as well as several regional banks. His experience spans both advisory and principal-side roles across a wide range of middle-market transactions.

​

Mark is a member of The Alliance of M&A Advisors and The M&A Source, two of the leading professional organizations in the M&A industry.

Arvex Cuenta

Director of Outreach

As the Director of Outreach at Metrospire, Arvex runs the day-to-day execution of outbound campaigns. He’s responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, from list building and messaging to follow-ups and handoff.

He has over six years of experience in client success, account management, and operations, working across e-commerce and service-based businesses. Before joining Metrospire, he managed client accounts, led remote teams, and handled high-volume workflows in fast-paced environments.

Sasha Ravera

Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Metrospire, Sasha focuses on initiating conversations and building relationships with potential clients.

​

She recently completed her MBA at the University of Victoria and brings a strong foundation in sales and business strategy. Through internships and project work, she has gained hands-on experience supporting revenue growth and expanding market reach for various industries.
